In view of the National Budget Memorandum (NBM) No. 123 dated 28 January 2015 or the Budget Call for FY 2016, the RDC XI shall pursue the conduct of the FY 2016 RDC XI Budget Review and Consultation on 26-27 March 2015 at the NEDA-RDC XI Center, Km. 7, Bangkal, Davao City. This is also part of the compliance of Section 4D of EO 325 mandating RDCs to review and endorse to the national government the annual budgets of agency regional offices, state colleges and universities and special development authorities, as well as part of its continuing effort to firm up the link between planning and budgeting.
