International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is an international standard based on several quality management principles which include continual improvement of business processes which will ensure conformity with customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, among others. Being an ISO 9001:2015-certified organization, NRO XI shall consistently provide quality outputs and services to its stakeholders, based on internationally accepted standards.

The NRO XI Management’s initiative started in year 2012 when internal and external experts were tapped to assist the Office in developing a QMS that documents Office business processes, procedures and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. On May 5, 2015, NRO XI commenced the full operation of an ISO-certified QMS under ISO 9001:2008 standard.
