Davao City, 27 February 2023  – The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Regional Office XI, through its Creative Industries Project Team (CI-PT), is conducting a rapid assessment of the creative industry, pursuant to the provisions stipulated in the Republic Act 11904 or commonly known as the Creative Industries Development Act, as basis for the creation of a roadmap for the development of creative industries of Davao Region. The survey is one of the methodologies used by the CI-PT to attain its goals and objectives.

This survey is highly encouraged for all Davao Region-based individuals, public organizations, civil-society organizations and business organizations who are engaged in culture and arts practices. The information collected from this survey shall aid NEDA, the Local Government Units (LGUs) and government agencies in its policymaking and planning processes to further and sustain the Creative Industries of the region.
