NEDA XI Mission Statement
As Davao Region’s premier socioeconomic and physical planning agency, we provide our stakeholders – the regional line agencies, local government units, business sector, civil society and the general public – with excellent and knowledge-driven services in the areas of Plan and Policy Formulation, Project Development, Investment Programming and Budgeting, Plan and Project Monitoring and Evaluation and Development Research in pursuit of Davao Region’s inclusive and sustainable development.
With the Regional Development Council XI as our main platform, we shall be a guiding light to our development partners, who will see us as a hardworking, thorough, enthusiastic, persevering, and above all, a nurturing organization that regards the welfare of the individual employee as equally important as the advancement of the Region it serves.

NEDA XI Quality Policy
We, the NRO XI Team, commit to be the lead government planning agency in Davao Region that provides advanced planning and related technical services to government, business, civil society, and other regional development stakeholders who recognize our competence, teamwork, integrity, professionalism, discerning objectivity, and the transparency of our actions.
We pursue staff and organizational excellence in the areas of regional socioeconomic and sustainable development planning, policy formulation, investment programming and project development, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and development research and to serve as Davao Region’s catalyst of change.
We continually aspire to distinguish ourselves as the first among equals through quality and relevant management systems that would ensure the efficient and timely delivery of services for the achievement of the Region’s development vision.
